John Bourbeau Jr. is responsible for the overall management of Hestia, and the growth of our companies.  He has an extensive entrepreneurial background as a mortgage banker, builder and developer. John has been intimately involved in all facets of the real estate markets and has created, managed, and served as CEO of companies including Quality 1st Lending, a government approved FHA lender, and Hestia Community Development, a residential home builder. He received his Bachelor of Science from Western Michigan University.

John Bourbeau provides strategic direction and guidance to our operations.  He is the founder of Right Management Consultants of the Great Lakes Region. John opened his first office in Michigan in 1981 and today manages six offices serving over 600 corporate clients.  He is responsible for the development and growth of the Great Lakes Region and in 1995, started his organization development and human resource consulting practice. John is very active in the community he serves, and in 2001 was one of five recipients of the Leadership Award granted by Leadership Detroit.
