Hestia is a vendor management company, working with banks and other financial institutions in their real estate lending areas.  We work primarily in the origination departments of the residential and commercial lending areas – providing appraisal management and review services, title products, environmental services, and settlement/closing services.   We also provide REO management and disposition services, particularly in the residential market. 

Most banks supplement their internal capabilities with 3rd-party managers like Hestia, due to efficiency, cost and compliance benefits.  We have complemented our own capabilities by affiliating with NREIS, an industry leader in vendor management and these products/services.  
 
 With our affiliated partner we work with the largest financial institutions in the country including GSEs, national and community banks, and other financial institutions.  We like to consider our capabilities to be a ‘one stop shop’, for origination and REO products, but many clients use just one or a couple of our products to supplement their own capabilities in terms of a specific expertise required or a work-flow constraint.
