Since its formation in 2004, Hestia has grown from a real-estate development company into a diversified organization focusing on vendor management for financial institutions, distressed asset management, real estate development and operations of hospitality properties.

• Multi-Family Development - an award-winning developer of multi-family communities in Southeast Michigan.
• Hospitality Investment Fund - focused on investment opportunities in the distressed asset market.
